Raise The Roof Exteriors was built by Cody Cash and Hunter McLimans, two friends who share a commitment to faith, family, and doing right by people.
We met a few years ago, around the time Cody was moving from restoration and carpet cleaning into roofing. Hunter trained Cody in roofing, and over the years we worked side by side, building experience and learning what homeowners need from a roofing company. Together, we have sold close to $20 million in roofing. Along the way, we became best friends. We now work from two locations—Greenville and Myrtle Beach—and serve homeowners throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Wherever the day takes us, we still talk every day, stay connected on our projects, and love celebrating each one completed with care and pride.
After years in the industry, we decided to venture out on our own and build something for our families. We also wanted to put the lessons we’ve learned into practice: provide homeowners with attentive service, value the people doing the work, and build a company where employees feel respected, enjoy where they work, and know they are making a difference.
As a faith-driven company, we want our values to show in how we communicate, how we treat people, and how we stand behind our work.

Cody came to roofing after working in restoration and carpet cleaning. After deciding to make the move into roofing, he trained under Hunter and built years of experience in the industry. Today, Cody helps lead Raise The Roof Exteriors and serve homeowners across our markets.

Hunter has spent years working in roofing and helped train Cody as he entered the industry. Together, they built a strong track record and eventually decided to start Raise The Roof Exteriors so they could create a future for their families and serve homeowners according to the standards they believe in.
